With Christmas approaching, many of us are expecting parcels-but scammers know this too. Fraudulent delivery texts can catch

anyone off guard, especially if you're not aware of the signs.

These messages often claim a parcel is delayed or needs a small fee to be delivered. They include a link to a fake website designed to steal your personal or banking details.

Stay alert:

❌ Don't click on suspicious links

💳 Never enter payment or personal information via text

📩 Forward scam texts to 7726 (Free number) to report

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Check in with neighbours, friends, or family-especially those who may be more vulnerable.
